This 6 months program aims at to coaching Startup to Medium Entrepreneurs in developing proper Business Process Flow. A total of 12 classes, 5 level implementation and 6 months coaching for business founders and owners plus 3 of its key persons to attend the class together as a team. Each level has been carefully crafted to achieve individual Business Goal with the guidance of experienced coaches and workable modules.
LEVEL 1 , 3 DAYS CLASS – MINDSET BISNES SAMURAI
Entrepreneurs will focus on setting it business mindset. Fundamental of a business starts with capturing the big must of its founders and owners on the business they venture into. Then we will help to develop a measurable business VISION, MISSION and ROADMAP. Businesses will also be guided to identify its Business Model using 5 blocks of external factors and 4 blocks of internal factors that communicate with each other to map it functions and produce results.
LEVEL 2 , 3 DAYS CLASS – MARKETING MAFIA
Entrepreneurs will focus on video and graphic design. Entrepreneurs will be guided thoroughly on how to make logo, poster and video for their products and business. Various applications will be used such as Canva and Invideo which will greatly help for personal branding.
LEVEL 3 , 3 SESSIONS – SALES SHOOTER
Entrepreneurs will focus on two important elements which is self enrichment and digital technical skill enhancement. This two elements intended to drive entrepreneurs to achieve greater business performance in their organization. They also will be trained with the right online and offline sales method and how to manage their sales perfomance.
LEVEL 4 – GERILLA BISNES
Entrepreneurs will be exposed on the steps for Gerila Marketing and type of Gerila Marketing. We also will thoroughly help entrepereneurs on how to do storytelling and copywriting using USP (Unique Selling Proposition) and ESP (Emotional Selling Proposition).
